Before we install the Weifang diesel generator set, we need to check and accept the unit and the installation foundation, and then we can start the installation of the unit body after confirming the integrity of the unit and the basic construction specifications.

1 If crane operation is allowed at the installation site, use a crane to hoist the Weifang diesel generator set as a whole, and install the shock absorber that comes with it under the unit.

2 After the construction of the diesel generator set is completed, place the generator set. Under normal circumstances, the shock absorber does not need to be fixed, only a thin layer of rubber plate is placed under the shock absorber. If you need to fix it, mark the position of the anchor hole of the shock absorber, hoist the unit, bury the bolts, put the unit, and tighten the bolts.

3 Crane operation is not allowed on site, the unit can be placed on the roller bar and rolled to the selected position.

4 Lift one end of the unit with a jack (the size of the jack is selected according to the weight of the unit), pay attention to the same rise on both sides of the unit, until the gap under the base can install the shock absorber at the raised end.

5 Release the jack, then lift the other end of the unit, install the remaining shock absorbers, remove the rollers, and release the jack.
