Solution to the overspeed problem of diesel generator set
How do we solve the excessive faults of diesel generator sets? Let's explain it for everyone below.
After the button is pressed before the emergency stop, the OVER SPEED indicator light (OVER SPEED) will be on, although there is no actual overspeed occurrence. Emergency stop and any remote control STOP button should be reset before the fault can be eliminated.
1. Check whether the governor adjusting rod has moved, if so, correct it
2. If an electronic governor is installed, check that the connecting rod is unimpeded and adjust it.
3. Replace the printed circuit board.
4. Once the fault is eliminated, turn the control switch to STOP to reset the fault.
